You Waited . . .

Image
This song is called "You Waited" by Travis Greene and I have to tell you that I love this song.💛 I will share with you just a little tidbit about me. So I've always used rap music or any music for that matter, for motivation to push through my trials and tribulations because it always gave me what I needed. This would be after my prayers and reading the bible, while  I knew that secular and praise never went together, I would always speak to the Lord about what I was feeling. I would ask him, why would I feel so much closer to Him when listening to that type of music because that was quite weird. But I knew God knew my heart and how I felt. So I said, Lord, I just don't find gospel music to be appealing, all that hollering for me, is not it. I have yet to find any Gospel music that makes me feel how I often feel toward you when listening to secular music. I spoke more to the Lord about giving me music for my levels of transitioning and HE did just th...

Happiness . . .

Dear Heavenly Father: I thank you for my happiness today. I thank you for allowing me to be happy. I mean truly happy. To feel it in my soul To beam from within is truly amazing. I’m also most grateful that you’ve allowed Me to be that more times than not. And that Happiness reigns in my life more than Depression and sadness. And while there are just short of a few things I maybe Sorrowed about, they don’t take precedence over my life. I realize that you’re teaching me every day to learn your word not only through reading my bible and prayer but through the journey of living in this world period. You’re showing me to trust you. You’re enhancing the habit I have to sit still even when I’m at my end searching on what to do because I’m at a loss for words in the mist of my devastation, hurt and unbelievable disbelief of disaster. You’ve shown me many times that Joy does cometh in the morning, and that you’re always on time and that I will never be forsa...

He and I Along the Way Readers

Dear Heavenly Father: Thank you for allowing us to praise your name; to thank you for the things you've done for us. Thank you for answering prayers. Food in our bellies, clothes on our back, shoes on our feet. A place to lay our heads. Transportation. Jobs, friends, family and love. Support, appreciation. Your mercy, your grace, your protection and favor. Your Word, your love and your spirit. Your teachings and your chastening. Thank you for answering prayers.   For those that don't have Lord, we ask you to see about them. Provide them what they need. Bless them like you've blessed us. Take care of them like you've taken care of us. Love them, like you've loved us. See about them, heal them, protect them, provide them your mercy and grace, like you've done for us. Provide us all with your spirit and forgiveness. Remove hurt, pain, un-gratefulness, anything that is not of you from all of us. Fill us with joy, laughter, love, your sweetness. Lord you said ...

Psalm 23 (What is it for?)

Image
When I was a child my mother always shared with me different Psalms to read and what they were for. My mother urged me and massaged me into making sure that I  created and constantly worked on having my own relationship with the Lord. With  that, not only did she stress that, but she always wanted to me learn quietness, to be  still so that I would be able to hear the Lords word, hear when he spoke. She showed me just how to do it. In order to do that, you must be one with his spirit, and when that takes place, you will learn a great many things from Him, you will hear Him speak, but you must learn to listen. So, with Psalm 23 , my mother says that if you lie sleep with the Psalm 23 underneath your pillow for more than a few days, as you pray each night. You may ask about something of uncertainty, such as if a friend is really your friend, or is that of a person that is surrounding you your enemy. He will give you the answer. I've found this to work. I will not guaran...

Everyone Has the Right to Believe

Image
Regardless of who you are and/or the title you hold. You have NO right to take or either try and deter someone else's belief. No matter how ridiculous or how humanly impossible you think something is. Just like you believe, someone else believes something totally different. There is no right or wrong because we DO NOT  have the right to judge, only God is allowed to do so, so, just cause you don't believe, that's fine. Keep it to yourself, but know this, if you try and go against God, you will never win. Please read below: I have to say I truly enjoyed that and dare I say, that was so hilarious, I sure did get more than a chuckle out of that. LOL! Until . . .

To Those who Disbelive

God is unpredictable. There is no one word to describe Him. After all, He did create himself. He did say that His thoughts is way beyond our thoughts. God is nothing that we've ever known. God is simply complicated. Spiritually and heavenly underated, But is He the devil's advocate? Is satan God's alter ego? Will we ever know? I have heard a many things: "There are missing pieces of the bible that God does not want us to read" "God has always regretted creating us humans as He always felt it was great mistake" "God does not exist" "God is not coming back" "Jesus is white; No, Jesus is black" "God was created by whites to fool us blacks" "After the da vinci code how can you still believe in the bible" "The stories in the bible are not true" Every where you turn there is always some question or statement to deter you. Some of my friends ask me how do I feel about all of t...
