The Marriage and Relationship - Prayer

Mr. and Mrs.

I am pretty sure there are prayers for marriage; however,I never really find them, and I believe there should be. One that speaks to the core of things that some are embarrassed to pray about because they are ashamed or the subject may be taboo. So, though I am not an expert in prayer or a preacher. Nevertheless, I believe in God, I believe that prayer works, I have faith, trust, patience and belief, that God can fix anything. Whenever I'm down, I pray, I talk to God about any and everything. He is truly outside of any and everyone and thing, He is my best friend.  

So, below is my prayer for Marriages as well as relationships too. Please know that because I am married, and have been for years I know this prayer will constantly change. So, I urge you to share with me what you think should be included in this prayer so as time goes on it can or (I hope) it will be a blessing to those in need of a somewhat guide to go by in the beginning.

 

Summary:

Remember satan seeks to destroy; that is his job and unfortunately he never stops, he may temporarily pause, but he never stops. So, though we believe in God, we must do more, we must pray for our relationship/marriage. We must fast for our marriage, must lift our Marriage's/relationships up in prayer to the Lord.

The prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, I ask that you lift all marriages up in prayer right now lord. You said, what God put together let no man put asunder and may that be your will. We ask that you block satan from seeping in to divide and concur, to not destroy what is beautiful.

Lord, we ask that you insert yourself inside all marriages, to uplift, restore, renew, and rejuvenate. We ask that you increase on both sides, respect, appreciation, honor, patience, and togetherness. We ask that you bless us all to be equally yolked. We ask that you block satan from making us blind to think and believe that the grass is greener on the other side, we ask that you not let satan trick us out of our blessings.  Help us all with restraint, a fighting spirit, control and strength to be able to call on you whenever temptation arises, so that we may not fall. And though we are NO match for the devil, Lord, we ask that you come speedily when we call.

We ask that you block satan from increasing infidelity, shame and dismay. Lord help us to treat our marriage/relationship sacred.We ask that you increase our bliss, happiness, understanding and patience for one another and that you enter our home that it may remain so.

Lord we ask that you increase our love, intimacies and lust for only our mates and no one else. Increase the bond oh Lord. We ask Lord that you help those who covet others who do not belong to them. We ask that you help them find their own happiness, joy and respectful meaningful relationship.

We ask that you increase the support of both, the success of both for wealth, health and finances. Increase communication, love and friendship. And above all else Lord, give both in the relationship/marriage a since of you Lord, to put you first so that the marriage can not only work, but last, oh God.

Lord, I also ask that you let this prayer fall deaf to satan's ears and fall blind to his sight. Lord, you said, if we ask, we shall receive; we're asking Lord that you hear our prayer for all relationships and marriages around the world. Lord you are the Alpha and the Omega and if you are for us who can be against us. We ask that you forgive us for our sins, knowing and unknowing, bless us all with clean slates and the ability to fix what we as humans may have broken. Give us the ability and joy to forgive others. Let us not be judged by our mistakes but by only how we recover from them. 

We love you Lord, We thank you and we praise your name. In Jesus name. This shall be done, your will be done.
